Senior Full Stack Engineer.

A UK-based healthcare organisation specialising in online therapy and mental health education for people and organisations, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to be part of their expanding team.

With experience in dealing with: stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, secondary trauma, burn-out prevention and recovery, career planning, team dynamics, executive coaching and conflict resolution, they are experts in matching licensed therapists and coaches in English, Spanish and French that fit the needs of individuals. They also help other organisations design and implement solutions to support the mental wellbeing of teams.

The organisation is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to become a key team member who is energetic and proactive; helping design, enhance, develop, and maintain different software micro services. They are seeking an individual who is fully motivated about the company mission and is keen to start or further their career in machine learning and AI, while helping to develop algorithms that make the prevention and treatment of mental health conditions more efficient.

You will join a growing team working in React web apps, namely NodeJS backend with a MongoDB database and React-Native mobile app for Android and IOS.

As part of the team, you will:

• Participate in an Agile team and be actively involved in the full software development life cycle
• Work with frontend and backend development with Javascript frameworks, typescript, unit testing, test automation and clean code
• Deploy to S3, Cloudfront, Elastic Beanstalk and LightSail AWS services
• Design and develop algorithms
• Automate deployments
• Review code of other developers
• Be designing and architecturing new apps
